Chavannes Charitable Foundation Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of donor contributions.
This Donation Policy explains how donations are processed and handled.
1. Use of Donations
All donations are used to support the mission of Chavannes Charitable Foundation Inc., including:
Humanitarian aid
Food assistance
Shelter support
Church and community-based initiatives in Haiti
Administrative and operational expenses necessary to sustain our work
Funds are allocated in a manner consistent with our mission and strategic priorities.
2. Tax-Deductible Status
Chavannes Charitable Foundation Inc. is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor for specific guidance.

3. Refund Policy
Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.

Your selected payment method will be charged automatically according to your chosen schedule
You may cancel or modify recurring donations at any time by contacting us
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 5 business days before the next scheduled charge.

All donations made online are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
We do not sell, rent, or share donor information for marketing purposes.
